Looking forward to see where Voeckler stands, after all his injuries.
Tony Martin should bulldozer over the ITT. I don't think it climbs enough for the GC guys or even for Chavanel to stand a chance.
Also, keep an eye on Elissonde (FDJ), on the mountain finishes (Val Morel especially), big potential in the mountains, bur it remains to be seen what he's worth when the favourites are in closing on their peak form. |

That are pretty much all the big names for the Tour on this startlist.
Pinot, Evans, TVG, Brajkovic and some Radioshack guys are the only missing GC-guys that come up in my head. Dauphiné startlist seems more intersting than Tour de Suisse startlist.
Sorry for weird English, but I just spent 5 hours studying for upcoming exams and all my brainpower has been used for today |

Also JVDB announced that he's intended in lesser form than last year because he's peaking to the third week of the Tour. |

I can see Bouhanni survive stage 6, but he should be near unbeatable in the other hilly stages with no Sagan around. Unless someone from a break-away gets those wins. |

Let's don't overrate Meersman ability of sprint. He's good, but beatable.
IF EBH was given green light, he could easily beat him, or most of time. However he probably won't...
All depends on how the stages will be raced, it's hard to predict actually. So that's a big plus for me and the route, finally a n exciting Dauphine route.

I'd love EBH to challenge for a stage win or two against Meersman. Will be interesting to see Contador's form |

Piss easy win for Froome. Also, 2nd and 3rd mountain stages don't finish on hard enough climbs. Risoul especially is known for a 20-30 rider sprint at the top

I'd put my money on Froome. Even if Contador is on form, I'm uncertain if the one juicy mountain finish is sufficient to make up for what he'll lose to Froome on the ITT. |

I'll be shocked if Froome doesn't win. Valmorel is the only climb where there's an actual chance for some big gaps, meaning that the TT will most likely decide which one of the top climbers will win.
For today, my two picks are EBH and Valverde.

Leaders: David Veilleux, Thomas Damuseau, Jean-Marc Bideau and Ricardo Garcia. 4 minutes on the pack. |

Movistar working hard. Not sure about it but De Gendt dropped?
Bouhanni dropped for sure. |
