Riders missing in 3d race

having some problems with the 3d racer. all looks fine until its loaded. When the race starts i''ve lost control of some of my guys and even one of them got replaced with another teammate that wasnt supposed to be in the race.
Anyone experenced the same?

Are you saying that the riders listed in the selection before the race are not the same as the riders in the 3D race?

And what do you mean with "I've lost control"?

Did you edit your save? Did you use any other tool to manipulate your save, for example my season planner?

Yea, rider listed in selection before raid is replaced by someone else in my squad list who are not supposed to be in that specific tour.

And the player that has been replaced is in the race, but I can not control him.

Using season planner, but have used it for 1,5 season without any probs.

If you use my planner and if you use the option "prevent filling of cyclists" and if you then change the rider selection in the game before the race then it might cause something like that.
But that are a lot of ifs. Do you use that option? And do you remember whether you selected that rider in my planner?
Anyway, that option only makes sense if somebody wants to fast simulate a lot of races (simulating many days without interuption).

he wasnt selected in the planner, he was part of my early classics/cobblestone team. wasn't aware of the "prevent filling...." so that could be the problem, I'll check into that. found a way to work around the bug, I just forfeited the race with the unwanted rider and for the next stage my team was back to normal. so didnt really fix the problem but atleast i got on with the tour!
