When taking screenshots is there any way how to get rid of the name and circle above and below the rider ?

Yes. Just press ΒΊ. And CTRL + U if you want to get rid of the remaining HUB.

Yes.
You have to use '' (key 2 keys left of enter)for that, on my keyboard.
