Another sponsor question... out of sponsors?

So...
I'm on season 2023 in my career, playing with the pcmdaily 2013 db, and it seems like something is wrong with the sponsor search. so far, i had no trouble finding good sponsors. I already changed 7 sponsors,and now it seems like i cannot find ANY new ones...
been searching all season, in all levels (legendery,int.,nat., even started many regional searches). I'm now past the tdf, and not a single offer. another strange thing is, on the sponsor menu it says that the current sponsor's contract is until -8. also when i go to the "renew" tab, i just see my current sponsor's name, but no options for nagotiation.
Is there a way to get past this without using the editor?
What happens if i just finish the season without signing with a sponsor for next season?

Maybe the game did run out of sponsors. You can have a look in the table DYN_sponsor.

The easiest solution would be to assign some sponsors to your team, which would be done in the table DYN_team. The columns would be value_i_sponsor_future and value_i_sponsor_future2 (for co-sponor). You can use the forum search with that column name to find the formula.

If you have no sponsor, you cannot sign contracts. But you don't even have to wait for next year to experience this.

although i was hoping theres some way around the problem without using the editor Smile

just out of curiosity, do you have any idea what happens if i do proceed to the next season without a sponsor?

You will be offered three rather low-paying sponsors if you don't find one yourself.
