i've never seen that table before. I mean wen you have Julien Vermote, I want him to train ryd or flat or whatelse, how do I do that?

Look at the table.
If you train him as a fighter(= aanvallen), his FL ability is concentrated on(that's why it's a 3).
If there's a 0 in the table, it doesn't mean that it isn't trained at all, but very slowly.
So 3= fastest training 0= slowest.
So train him as a fighter(= aanvallen), and assign him a good trainer who has at least 7 in training 'aanvallen'.
