I'd like to use a shirt from the shirt database ingame. Problem is that the size is 204kb, opposed to 557kb, which is the size for the other shirts. Could someone help me make it bigger and upload, please? Thanks! Shirt attached.

You can open it with Paint.net, and I think you can change the size there.

As said above, you can change it with Paint.NET and the size should be 455X313 tga |

I don't think it is the shirt size that is the problem
the shirt needs to have 360 bits/pixel ratio (I would do it for you but I can't open the jersey in photoshop)
