Is there a way to force the stage route change on January 4th in a save game? Is it something editable in the DB?

Thing is I've just started year 2015 and on January 4th all the routes stayed the same as last year - checked Giro, TdF, TdP, Vuelta - nothing changes. I've read somewhere that starting from the fourth season routes are being chosen randomly from 3 previous seasons, but that wouldn't happen all the time with different saves. I've tried going back to weekly saves from 10.2014 but this won't help either...

Wasn't there a bug in PCM11 which caused the variants to appear later every year?
If the variants worked in 2013 and 2014, then just continue and they will appear.
