Hmmm so a pretty annoying problem. I have seen several times this plouay plouay stage instead of various smaller stages or classics but now it appears the Milano San Remo has been replaced in my career.
I am using the steam version with the latest DB for the 2013 season. I installed it correctly for what it counts. Since I'm playing off steam I assume the game updates itself, so I should have the latest version.
Is there anyway I can solve this problem in my current career before I do the race ?

Ensure that in the file directory C: -->....-->Cyanide-->Pro Cycling Manager-->CM_stages that the file is labeled with an "_" not a "-".
It's good.
Upon further analysis I found out that not only the Milano-San Remo stage is mising but also the Vuelta Murcia, Amstel Gold, Fleche Wallone and many NCs, bot TT and road races.
I tried to open the DB with lachis editor and indeed I see that some of them have the "fkdIDfirst_stage" and the "fkdIDlast_stage" set to Stage0 and if I try to set the correct ones I find that the IDs I need are not there in the dropdown list...
However they are in the CM_Stages folder: topclas_Sanremo-daily_2012, topclas_fleche-daily_2012 and topclas_maastricht-daily_2012 and variants for 2013 and 2014. Both cds and zces

Is it only happening at 1 race or a lot of races?
If first, you have to download the race manually and name them to the file the .cdb(open with editor, Dyn_stage) says its using.
Or open the editor, and change the used race file that's used to similar stages or a variant of the race.
If a lot of races, install the DB again, but correct. So pay attention that you put it in the correct folder(Season 2012 <-> Saison 2012 f.e)
