Welcome to my fist PCM Story.
I've played several carrers before but never had the drive to continue for a longer period of time.
This time however, I plan on a long carrer and I want to stick to it. With the chance of a newly formed swiss team the motivation is big and I hope I can commit to tell this story for several (virtual) years to come.
And now: Have fun reading!
THE TEAM
IAM Cycling is the only professional swiss Cycling team, based in Geneva and launched in January 2013. The main sponsor is IAM Investment funds.
THE RIDERS
"We're gonna be a proper professional team.
We're gonna ride together as a team and not be individual riders." Thomas Löfkvist

Thomas Löfkvist
Spoiler
Thomas Löfkvist will be our main GC and we hope he will show some great performances. The team certainly will put in the effort to position him well.
Johann Tschopp
Spoiler
Johann Tschopp will be our second GC. The hopes are high for this swiss veteran. Let's see what he'll be able to show us this season.
Martin Elmiger
Spoiler
The third leader of the team is Martin Elmiger. He will be in charge of our classics-team. They will also focus on one day races and some minor tours. Team C will also be the first stop for young hopefuls to show their talent.
TEAM A
Besides Löfkvist as leader the following riders made it into Team A. They will compete in the first and third quartal of the season.
Heinrich Haussler
Spoiler
Heinrich Haussler will be our man when it comes to fast finishes. As our best sprinter he will have the freedom to fight for stage wins and the points jersey.
Matteo Pelucchi
Spoiler
The promissing young Italian sprinter will be the number one supporter for Heinrich Haussler, but will certainly get his chance to sprint himself for some stage wins this season.
Marco Bandiera
Spoiler
The second Italian sprinter in Team A. His job will be to lead Pelucchi and Haussler to victory. However, the situation given he'll certainly not back down to win some sprints on his own.
Gustav Erik Larsson
Spoiler
Larsson will be the main climber. With his experience and strong mountain skills he's the perfect helper for Löfkvist.
Alexandre Pliuschin
Spoiler
The Moldovan Champion will be the second man for the steep terrain.
TEAM B
Team B will be lead by Johann Tschopp. Team B will compete in the second and fourth quartal of the season. It may be Team B, but strenght wise they can easily compete with Team A.
Hinault will be the main sprinter of this team. With his experience he will certainly be able to bring a couple of wins home.
Kristof Goddaert
Spoiler
The Belgian Sprinter will be the main supporter for Hinault, but he's always ready to jump in if he's needed.
Dominic Klemme
Spoiler
The Lead out man for Team B will also be a vital help when it comes to flat pursuits.
Matthias Brändle

Marcel Wyss

Reto Hollenstein
Spoiler
Reto Hollenstein will be the man for hilly terrain. With his climbing skills he'll make sure the leaders won't have to spend too much energy.
Aleksejs Saramontins
Spoiler
Aleksejs will as well be a great help on hilly terrain. Maybe he'll even make it in a breakaway.
Kevyn Ista
Spoiler
Our man for the flat parts. He'll certainly be a vital part in those dreaded cobblestone passages.
Marcel Aregger is currently the best young talent of the team, thus giving him a fixed spot on Team C for this season.
YOUNGSTERS
Our Youngsters still have to prove themselves if they have what it takes to become one of the big names in cycling history. They'll get their first experiences as water carriers or replacements for injured teammates.

Great team for a career, I'm currently racing Paris-Nice in my first season with them
Löfkvist, Haussler and Pelucchi can score a lot of wins if you use them well, Denifl (you should update his stats, in the current stat update his stats are too low), Wyss, Bandiera and Brändle are the best domestiques you can wish for.
Also, Hinault and Larsson should be great, but they haven't raced yet in my career.
Finally got the roster done and chosen the teams. Now on to their season planing
@NTTHRASH: They aim to make pro tour within 2 years, after that the'll aim for World no.1. This will take a while since I only intend to transfer young riders under 25. We'll see if that'll work out.

Cool idea! I love using U25s, and I hope Kelderman picks you next season.
