Game crashes

Hey,
I have been having varying issues with pcm and these mainly are just general crashes... however I can't understand why, as it will work in spits and spats then decide its had enough...
I've checked specs of lappy and they appear to be more then capable for this game...
I've re-installed and done all that, I just don't get how the game can so quickly crash... can u edit settings or sumit to let it give chance to sort itself out???
Plus is there any settings anyone knows of that i could lower to possible help or adapt this??/

What do you mean with "how the game can so quickly crash." When exactly does it crash?
If the game crashes in the 3D races, then you should go the the graphical options and lower the settings there. |

It doesn't crash in races, I can run them completely fine, it's just getting to them, the game decides that it wants to quit every 3/4 days - but don't get how it can do those days but then just crash.
And by so quickly I mean, most games will attempt to rectify an issue and carry on, whereas this just says problem and crashed. |

I never heard about your problem before and I doubt anybody here can help you much. Try to contact the official support (although I believe they don't care much about supporting their customers).
But just in case. Do you have these problems since the start or only lately? Is the crash permanent or can you restart the game and continue? Did you install a DB? Have you installed the latest patch? Have you played another game of the PCM series before? |

Yea I did try them, but they seemed so 'unconcerned' to put it politely...
They have mainly occured with update but had previous issues... may just have to try upgrade laptop again (never a bad thing).
Yes got latest patch and haven't played any before.
If not hope for next years will be better |

Load a weekly save(My docs/PCM 2012/Weekly Saves), and put the weekly save into My docs/PCM 2012/Users/your name/DB/solo/your DB.
Then load the save and try again.
It's an annoying bug, and you have to try 2 times sometimes(sometimes even 3)
