National tapes/stripes missing.

In my curretn savegame (realname database, current year: 2015), some formed national champions don't have the national stripes on their jerseys.

I've just raced the omloop and looked around. Everyone was wearnig long sleeves, so I thought that might be the reason. However, Clarke (AUS), Visconti (ITA) and Chavanel (FR) all have national tapes at their arms and neck, despite the long sleeves. But Roelandts, Van Gent (formed Belgium NC) and Cancellara, all ex-winners, don't have them.

Also, Boonen is wearing the Belgian National Jersey, but he doesn't have WC tapes as an ex-WC. However, Ballan has them.

What could be the reason and how can I solve it?

Small update: In the races that followed, it continues. The same riders are missing their National tapes. However, everyone is still in long sleeves. But those who have their tapes are also in long sleeves, so I'm not sure that's it.

The Belgium and Swiss stripes are propably missing you have to add them to your game Folder -> 3D -> Cyclist -> Cloth -> Country.
You will find there the ones you already can see in the game, to add the Belgian just open the french trim_collar, trim_left and trim_right and give them the Belgian colours!
Save them as tga and call them BEL_trim_collar, BEL_trim_right and BEL_trim_right...

Oh okay! Thanks a lot!
I only have Paint (not Paint.net, just paint) though, so would someone be friendly enough to do that for me, or send me their tga files, please?

Or should I request this in the graphics thread? Might as well check to see if there are other countries missing as well.

There are never former WC tapes on national champion jerseys. The only way to get that is to change the nc jersey. But I wouldn't do that.

Still, it's strange I didn't have the Belgian stripes. Maybe I deleted it by accident, but I don't know how that could've happened Pfft
