Today is the flattest stage of the race, so all sprinters present will surely fancy their chances.
The breakway has an air of familarity today as the trio were all part of the Stage 1 breakaway aswell: Ilias, Dahlberg and Kiserlovski
No King of the Mountains climbs today for Ilias, but winning those two climbs on the first stage has most likely secured him that jersey anyway. And he can still win the intermediate sprints.
Well, not all of them - Kiserlovski edges the second in a very close sprint.
ANC-Halfords, Prio-Porto, Mobil-Castrol and Die Berg Komt Er all combined to chase the breakaway.
While Ilias wins the 3rd sprint of the day. He might even move into the Top 10 of the Points classification at the end of the day as he adds to points earned on Stage 1!
There were thoughts before the race that a breakaway could steal a stage win here, but not with 3 riders - its a shame the mostly anonymous teams so far like Gazelle or Kenya Airways havent tried to get riders involved.
They are caught at 7km to go.
Die Berg Komt Er and Prio-Porto have yet to master the leadout art in the race so far, but take to the front to try again today - although they seem to be fighting over the same space of road, which helps neither of them.
The Dutch team push ahead with Kochetkov leading Abakoumov and Rizza. Van Loocke is up towards the front too, alongside the Prio train of Carvalho, Martins and Santos.
Following them are Friedman, Duque, Gajek, Crespo, Silvestre and Dall'Antonia.
There's another mixed up lead out train going on further back for Nelson while the leading two GC riders Ciocan and Sutton are quite poorly placed today if they want to repeate their previous stage victories.
Abakoumov leads the sprint off at 1.7km to go, but this time Rizza is keeping calm and holding off initially.
Cunha is going fast from a long way back, while Martins is trying to bring Santos into contention. Adira Isq-Project have got numbers here, but not a lot of coordination.
Into the final kilometre, Abakoumov still leads the way as Rizza closes the gap up to him to gain on those behind - Friedman currently challenging Martins for 3rd.
Rizza launches into the final turn, with Dall'Antonia, Crespo, Friedman and Santos leading the chase.
But Rizza is going strong...
And it is a simple victory for Rizza and Die Berg Komt Er.
Nobody came close to challenging him as the Italian moves into the race lead with just one stage remaining.
It's close behind as Santos takes 2nd, and Friedman grabs another 3rd place. 4th and 5th for Adira is close but not close enough to those valued bonus seconds with Silvestre and Van Loocke.
Duque and Abakoumov take 6th and 8th in a good day for their team, while Dall'Antonia clearly misses the lack of any hills earlier in the stage as he can only manage 7th.
Crespo and Bahati complete the Top 10.
Previous stage winners Ciocan and Sutton finished well down in 19th and 20th, and are now 8 seconds behind Rizza overall.
Ciocan's drop in consistency means that Santos takes the lead in the Points classification, while Silvestre has re-taken the best Young rider jersey.
