Effect of fitness to skills

Hi
I was just wondering if in PCM12 fitness is more important than in PCM10? My riders seem to be quite weak if their fitness is in the 80s.

Yes, fitness has became very, very important I guess.
It's an estimation for me, but I think 4(or 5) lower forms(90->86 for instance) is equal to losing 1 stat(82->81 for instance), compared to guys that have the 90 form(in this example)
In simulation it seems even more important...
Those 4/5 form per skill is just an estimation for me. Could be 6 too, but I just want to say that it's very important

Once i put 95 in editor and Contador gone to 122 in TdF,and of course,didnt win it

Yeah, but 122 in editor has just the same effect as 100.
So yeah, that's still stronger than 95, and it makes sense that you didn't win it
