small question (forgive me,i believe i read something in the past about it but i didn't find it by searching)
t-mobile: both burghard and gerdemann seem to reach their maximum for RES allready after half a season. (burghard: 59 RES, training @ 101% and red bar, gerdemann 70 res and training @ 100% red bar respectively)
isnt this a little low? i mean future gerdemann with max 70 RES ... come on 
is there a way they can further progress?

I would believe that both Burghard and Gerdemann are still level 3 and that they need to be level 4 to progress higher.

Both are level 4 (and about half filled level 4 bar)
this is a little odd, isn't it?
gerdemann would maybe reach RES 72 with that lvl 4 jump, will the progression resume after the jump?

Well I tell you what I have Lovkvist in the second season and every single one of his stats in over 100% training and some are even over 200 and 300%. He would be an awesome rider if his stats would update but I don't think it can happen can it? |

is then a new stats limit set (eg. a few points more possible) and, if so, roughly how much is it higher?
can a rider jump more than 1 stat when havin 300% and than a "level-up" (rather no i guess )

Yeah I have always wondered that aswell but no help for me Lovkvist is full lvl 4 anyway. |
