I want to ask you if there are any ways of slowing down the drop in attributes of a rider who reaches the age of decline. I have Casar and Fedrigo who are both 34 but while Casar decreased a lot, Fedrigo hasn't at all. I was thinking a way to do this is by assigning a good trainer but in this case neither of them hasn't got any.

Every rider has a different set age when they start to decline, and obviously only Casar has hit that so far.

If you want to change that, edit gene_i_age_decline in DYN_cyclist (with Lachi's Editor f.ex.), either using a higher value than 34 to stop the decline, or to 34 or less to induce it.
If Casar is very important to you, you can edit his stats back to what they were afterwards.
