I was actually wondering whether a rider's favorite weather has any effect on their stats during a race in those conditions?
Say Contador's "favorite weather" is sunny, warm and he's riding the Tour. One day it's sunny and warm, the other it's cold and raining, will there be an effect?

I belive it will give you a small boost (or in case of hates weather a small decreasment)
but i am not sure where the boost apply's (form or stat wise)

maybe it affects the daily form? the square ranging from -5 to 5
