Install on laptop and desktop

Can someone tell me if it's possible to install PCM on two devices at the same time?

Already have it installed on a laptop and want to put it on a desktop. Can I just install it and use the same activation key or do I have to get new key/uninstall from laptop first? It's the download version from Focus if that makes any difference.

Yes.
You can use the same activation key three times, then you would need to ask for a new key.
It does not matter what version you have.
