minimum number of cyclists

hello....is there a way to force the teams ( especially continental and pro continental) to have a minimum number of cyclists during a career in a custom DB? In the beginning i can add riders to every team but in the second year the teams changes the number of cyclists and I want them to keep a minimum number...

I don't think you can set it, but as far as I know, there is no general problem with number of cyclists in the teams. Some teams just have a small roster, even in real life.

Why do you want to change it?

I want to change it because the number of riders of some team decrease tragically...
