Hi guys ,busy with my custom career and I have a couple of quickies for you.
1. Having won a stage race a grey Accomplish Box pops up for maybe half a second and disappears.All I got was something about an Accomplishment unlocked.
Whats that all about and can I access it again within the game?
2. I`m a bit short of bodies, so was looking through good riders in the Under 23 races.I see you can monitor them like the riders your own scout finds.I only have one scouts ,who`s busy scouting a region.
Do I need to sign another scout, and NOT sign him to a region to monitor these riders?
Cycling Rookie - Hi mate, To see achievements they are at the start up page before you select your saved game and it is a symbol of a cup
And i would advise you to hire another scout if you can afford one so they can do different jobs
1. There is an achievements page at the top of the screen under a trophy icon (IIRC)
2. I don't bother with scouts, they are usually wrong. If you want youngsters I'd just sign the best u23 riders in terms of results.
If you really want to scout them you need to set a scout to scout the area they are from and ten you can monitor them
Am I also correct in thinking the better rated the scout,the more likely the correct information on that rider or is it he justs scouts/monitors riders quicker than a poor rated scout?

I believe it is just his initial report on the rider, (no hope, worth watching, promising, future great) the better the scout the more accurate this is.
I agree with froomedog, scouts are pretty worthless in the game. Just look at the best u23 riders and try to sign which one u think it´s worth signing.
