Post screenshots of the greatest talents in your careers! The whole "talent thread" concept was pretty popular on the danish support sites (PCMGeeks & PCMFreaks), so let's give it a shot on PCMDaily too
I created many great riders, by signing the riders from the u23 list, back in the days where I was playing Pro Cycling Manager!
I can start off by showing some of the greatest talents I've had

The Polish guy will be absolutely unbeatable when he's fully developed

Naves is crazy .
I am at my second season with PCM 2012, so no many thing to show you.
Just this sprinter. This is how he looked like when he signed with me :
Now he improved his sprint and acceleration with 2, respectively 1, without losing any potential star in these attributes . |

Wow, he looks like a future sprint star, at least 83 in sprint I'll guess

I scouted this little fellow in the 2012 season, and in this screen it's mid-August 2013. He is only 76 SP and 78 ACC now, but he still got 2 stars left on both of these stats, and his hill and downhill stats are also great for a sprinter. Only problem is his low flat stat...

With his stamina, resistance, hill and downhill attributes he will be good for some spring classics and hill stages, I think. |

I like him, he is pretty good overall, so he can race in pretty much all terrains

Sprint and Accel both look top notch, would be a bit concerned his flat ability may hold him back some, will be using too much of his red before he even gets to sprint. Either way will be really strong, just not quite sure how strong.

Do you guys find that you have more luck with riders that dominate the U23 races, or riders that you scout and are Future Greats?

The ones dominating U23 usually don't have much potential left, but I often contract them anyways

The riders dominating the U23 have better skills but less potential. I am just at the mid of the second season, so I am not an expert.
But, I'll put you some screenshots :
This is a rider found by my scout :
These two are two riders from U23 races :
Maybe I was lucky with my scout and not so lucky when choosing from U23 rankings. Funch will be, maybe, a good puncher, but Rouvenaz only a team-mate. But both seem to me below Blondel. The riders I choose from U23 rankings were not randomly. I looked at their results. Rouvenaz had good GC in Tour de l'Avenir and two other tours, Funch had some good classifications in mountain stages (even a win). |

I would value Funch quite a bit higher than Blondel.

Why ? First, I was like you, thinking that Funch will be good for some Classics and hill stages, but then I saw that somehow he will not be able to compete in the Classics with the very best. |
