How to create a frame .nif?

hi! I was wondering if anyone knows how to create a frame .nif? I read that we can create a frame with solidworks but I'm not sure.

I found this thread with the forum search.
And I would know the same. How can I edit a frame, or make one from scratch?
The same goes for helmets.
