how to train up the attributes stamina, recovery, resistance, acceleration etc

Hi!
1. To improve the stats on cobbles, MO, SP and TT etc is pretty obvious. have a trainer high on MO and train a rider to improve the climber stats.

But which specialty should I pick if I want to improve a riders acceleration, recovery, resistance etc? is it fighter? stage races?
actually looked in the physical manual that comes with the DVD (which I haven´t looked in since 2006) but didn´t find it there.

2. where in the lachis editor can I change a riders status from "happy" to "very happy"?

1: For the best way to train this links to another thread that has those answers the higher the value, the better the training. Not all stats (downhill, fighter) can't be trained, and improve gradually over time.

2: Cyclists - "mental_f_moral" the value is numeric, higher = better.

thx dude. I´ve seen that table (the training table) but didn´t understood it when I looked at it. now I do though Pfft
