Q nr 1. if I send a rider to a mountain training camp for 6-7 days. will his fitness increase or decrease? (this does not concern the pre-season camps as I know that the fitness are increased by those). The thing is I never use that function but thinkin of doing that this season.
Q nr 2. will his other training get affected by having been on a training camp, the days his stats increase? Lets say he has 80 in MO, and after the training camp he has 82. after a couple of weeks (don´t know how many) his stats will drop to 80 again. but will his other training (let´s say he´s got the potential of having 81 in MO) suffer during the weeks of "trainingcampboost"?
Q2 I don't think the camps have an effect on his real training. I'd like to have this confirmed, though. But I don't think so.
Q1, I'm not sure either, since I never use it, but I believe it drains a bit of the fitness, nothing to worry about, though. Unless it's a recon stage, I don't think that drains any real fitness, but it doesn't boost stats either.

In my experience the fitness is not impacted by the training camps such as mountains, hill etc. I did 3 10 day mountain training camps with tejay last season and he did just fine , finishing 3rd in the tour winning the white jersey and rode into the top 5 in the vuelta, guess that wouldnt have been possible if the training camps drained fitness
But do you mean their fitness (80 from training, 20 from races) or their fatigue fitness. I meant the fatigue fitness (the yellow bar that fills up during the season)

I don´t mean the yellow bar. I mean the "points" fitness, the one that can go upp to 99.
