I'm sorry for those who don't like live reports, but I'm really bad at making non-live-reports for one day races, so here we go. The favourites for today's race are - as always - Accumalux. Next up, we have AG2R and Fed-Ex, but time will tell who's the best.

It's still early, but one of the favourites, AG2R, may not be as strong as we thought. They didn't manage to beat Flogas' time on the first intermediate.

Virgin has managed to beat Flogas' time on the first intermediate check. Magenta has also been riding well.
Flogas and AG2R has just reached the 2nd intermediate check, and once again Flogas is faster than AG2R -- surprisingly, I'd say.

France TV is riding well and is heading towards the finish line. They have the best intermediate time on the 2nd check, but what will their time be when they reach the finish?

France TV has clocked the best time of the day! But, well, there's still a lot of teams to go.
Saturn has just reached the finish line, and they have managed a 3rd place, so currently it's:
1. France TV
2. AG2R
3. Saturn
But the Virgin team is still going very fast. |

Magenta has just beaten France TV's time -- they came pretty much out of nowhere, and yet they still managed to cut off 15 seconds of France's time.

Virgin just came in, but they must be disappointed -- they only managed to get 2nd, right after Magenta. Next up is Telefonica, but despite being full at the finish line it wasn't enough for them. |

Carlsberg gives a lesson to Gazzetta about how to time trial, but it's only enough for a third place. Carlsberg just can't win - they are always close, though

And another team which we haven't seen much today -- Accumalux! They just came in, 47'07' -- what a fantastic time. They take the 1st place for the time being, beating Magenta with 22 seconds.

Cycling24 got the 3rd best time on the 2nd intermediate check, but obviously they couldn't keep up on the long run. In fact, they almost completely stopped and only managed to get a 9th place. |

And that's it. Credit Agricole just reached the finish line as the last team, and as expected, they were no threat to any of the top teams. Accumalux wins today and once again demonstrates how powerful they are on time trials. |
