Team Blanco started an investigation into rider Luis León Sánchez after stories in the media about his possible involvement in Fuentes case. Pending the results of the Team Blanco investigation into rider Luis León Sánchez, he will not be put on a Blanco race roster.
I.e. he's suspended by the team for 'x' amount of time.

He was to ride for Pegasus until they fell over and word is he had a relapse of Chronic Fatigue which is why we haven't seen him. I don't know if I buy that story but it is what I have heard from a few people.
