I'm making a 1996 DB for PCM3.
The DB will include following features:
61 teams
over 1500 riders
the game starts in 1996
all the real races and stages from 1996
new ranking system
riderpictures for all riders
the riders will drive with a cap instead of a casque
real equitment for the teams
real expirence for the riders
real talents from 1996
Riders like Basso, Evans, Di Luca,Mayo etc. etc. will appear later in the game

Why are you posting a DB for PCM 3 in the PCM 07 Database folder? Does anyone play PCM 3?
