Is there a guide or walkthrough to manage the GreenEdge team?

Its seems this Australian team needs to hire a climber like Cadel Evans and needs to sack the aging veterans like Stuart O'Grady.(38yrs!)

The other old riders have left team since I've installed the PCM expansion.

Would it be a dream team with Cadel leading it?

I want to keep the team about 70% Australian riders

Thanks for tips & hints.

Well, you are the manager, so you should make the decisions and form the team you want! Wink ( there is no such thing as walkthrough in this game , it's different every time Pfft )

But to give you some ideas: Richie Porte could be a very valuable member of the team, maybe getting leading roles in stage races. I'd not sign Cadel, since he will start declining rather quickly, but if you want him, its your team, feel free to do as you wisg! Young gun Caleb Ewan can also develop into a great sprinter if you sign him early and assing a good trainer to him. Riders like Haussler and Rogers can both strengthen the squad of GreenEdge too if you want to keep it Australian.

Apart from them, try to get good scouted riders, and the young promising riders who can develop greatly ( Quintana, Aru, Moser just to name a few )

Also, there is no need to 'sack' the veterans, just don't renew their contracts ;p
