Stats for added riders

I'm in the process of adding riders to my database, such as Ivan Basso and Jan Ulrich.

But I'm in doubt as to how good I should make them, and I would like to get your opinion: how would these riders' stats look, if you were to create them???

depends on the stats of other riders, comparatively. what would fit is wildly different considering different DBs
