Hello. I figured I should introduce myself since I started posting already in some forums.
I'm an American cyclist living in Portugal (not here for cycling though . I support Team Milram vehemently (yes, even "eternally 2nd" Zabel), along with Celtic and Sporting Lisboa, and enjoyed Fassa Bartolo until...well, yeah. I'm a big Cipollini fan, too. I've been here since the end of August and was lucky enough to catch a few stages of La Vuelta in the meantime, which I should upload some pics from as I noticed there weren't any! Maybe the one of Zabel's victory..
Anyway, cheers.

I think Americans will soon outnumber Danes and Brits on PCM daily. Welcome!

According to the statistics from last month, we did actually have more American visitors than Danish visitors (last month)
Anyway, welcome! May I ask what you're doing in Portugal? |

Yes, of course. I'm studying here. But really it's just an excuse for me to get to see some actual bike races! |

It's great to see foreign people studying in our country, to take out the wish of leave Portugal to study in another country. (England, perhaps)

if you walk into one of the best colleges in this country, you'll find people from all over europe. mainly because of the Erasmus programme.

There's been a lot of discussion about the Erasmus programme here in Denmark lately. The university of Copenhagen is offering it too, but they have charged money for Danish students. Problem? Yes, because all education in Denmark for Danish students is supposed to be free, so now the university will have to refund all the money which is quite a lot |
