The official thread for all discussions regarding the 2012-13 Four Hill Tournament, also known by it's German name "Vierschanzentournee".
This is the 61st edition of the traditional ski jumping competition, held every year around New years-time.
I listed the potential favourites according to the World Cup standing (except Wellinger, who I have no faith in). Other jumpers might get involved (Jacobsen) and some might fail spectacularly (Morgenstern).
I'm very happy and very surprised about Jacobsens win, I had him pegged for a Top 10. Unfortunately, Bardal and Hilde can't seem to set the landing properly and they've both missed out on several good results because of this.
Morgenstern is also a bit of a dissapointment. I didn't think he would be in the top due to some poor results earlier, but I didn't expect him to be this bad.

Well, I hope the Tournament wasn't decided today. I'm quite dissapointed by Jacobsen, if you're going to win you need 8 good jumps.
I wonder if this has something to do with his wife and child coming down to Austria this morning without telling him. Appearantly, he was woken up by them this morning.
I was sceptical to them going there, atleast unannounced! He was leading with around 12 points and shouldn't have to focus on a bunch of other things now!
