how do i confirm the schedule?

I know it´s a silly question, but I just got the game I can´t find it in the manual either. I´ve got a message the 5th of january that I need to confirm the schedule and I can´t get past the 5th of january. so where is the confirm button? Or how do I delete the message?

Its at the bottom of the message
