i dont know what i do wrong...but my riders dont want use this button...i realy dont know..please help,cause this sucks if this button font work like i like

Make sure to select the rider first, then right-click a rider whose position you'd like to have, and it should work.
Sometimes it doesn't work, then you have to click on another rider and try again.
