PCM Daily at Pro-Tour

So, as the title says, the PCM Daily members are going to race with the professional cyclists. The way this is gonna work is that each member that wants to participate is going to fill an excel file with stats, team, birthdate and potential. The excel file will be on the final of the post. For the 1st season, it will be 25 members. If it goes over that, i'll be very happy. The way that races are going to be run is that I'll be on a crappy team going through the season with the races simulating. So, good luck and have fun!

Rules:
For Pro-Tour Riders:
The stat limit is 82
The total of stats is 780
For Pro Continental Riders:
The stat limit is 77
The total of stats is 720
For Continental Riders:
The stat limit stat limit is 74
The total of stats is 660
Potential:
For riders over 28 years old, it's 4 to 6
For riders between 25 and 28 it's 4 to 8
For riders with under 23 it's between 7 and 8

so if I understand this correctly. it is a custom rider story similair to Fernando's Spidertech story but instead of all the riders being on one team they are at differant teams?

You've said that Continental riders total stats is 660. I've put 55 into all the boxes on the excel file, and I get 660. That doesn't seem right... |

It's the same for WT. You can be world-class in one skill if you want there, but you have to compensate that with your other stats.

you need to drop some stats to get some high stats. for example I have three +70 stats and the rest is below 60. also if you are a climber you don't need a high COB or SP stat so you can put those at 50
long story short: if you want some high stat you need to put some really low stats

These rules are way way too restricting!
For a WT rider the average stat is 65, for PCT its 60 and for CT its 55.
You have to be really really specialized, and have to be WT to win anything.
In CT you can have 3 stats at 70, but the rest must be 50. So you could sprint, once, after 100m of a stage. The only thing you could feasibly be at CT is a pure climber or puncher.
Also you've forgotten DownHill stat, so the rules will work even less.
And there is no bonus for being older. You get no stat increase. An 18 year old could have the same stats and 8 potential. So why would you not do that?
