Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8915 Joined: 29-11-2006 PCM$: 200.00	changing scouting ratings is possible for savegame's although i'm not very confident that it will be very good for your savegame. In fact any editing of the save game can cause problems, so it would be better to change it before. However if you have a nice career going make sure to make a backup before editing so if it does go badly then you can still carry on YORKSHIRE BORN, YORKSHIRE BRED...
