Use the Stage Editor. It can be be found in \Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Saison 2006 |

If you are norwegian, danish, swedish or understand danish at least  Read the guide on www.pcmgeeks.dk. It is great! Thanks to that and the toturial in the pcm folder can i now make my own stages! |

hey, I have just downloaded RSM News DB 2007 1.4 , can somebdy tell me the tings I moust do som i can use it? do I need to convert it into a map or something? PLEASE HELP! |

Sorry to reopen an old thread, but I've created my stage, but I can't seem to be able to add it into the game so I can play it in single race mode - please help !!!

Well to depends if youre trying to replace a current race or not.
Replacing a current race is easy, you just overwrite the race you don't want. You'd need something like Kicker to change all the race details though.
The best thing to do would be to make a custom tour, so make sure you have the xml file in CM_Stages and create a custom tour. In order to play it, custom tour's need at least 2 stages - so Id suggest putting your stage twice (if you only have one), and then when you want to play either just play through the stage option, or uncheck one of the stages if doing a stage race.

Could you copy a stage from CM_Stages and paste to desktop, overwrite that and give it a different name and then put back in CM_Stages |

OK, sorted out the custom tour thing - I only had 1 race - but can you create your very own classic?

If you use a converter then you can but in custom tour terms, you cant make a classic.

More problems I'm afraid - when I create stages win intermediate checkpoints/sprints, the game just then ignores the finish - it's no there - making it either unplayable, or making the intermediate sprint the finish line. 
No idea why it won't recgonise my code, can someone post the finish line code so I can try again
