PCM Daily's favourite football team - The Final

Hey guys! After having a topic about it being a good idea, I decided to do it myself.
We will nomitate 54 teams from all over the world to conquer with the 10 wildcard teams. It is as follows. You have to choose atleast 3 teams which are NOT European. The other 7 are fully up to you.
For example (My real list BTW  ):
1. Arsenal FC (U.K. (as there is also one in Argentina))
2. FC Utrecht
3. Napoli
4. Palmeiras
5. Velez Sarsfield
6. Werder Bremen SV
7. CSKA Moskva
8. Evian TC
9. Athletic Club Bilbao
10. Vancouver Whitecaps
In this case Arsenal gets 10 points because I listed them as first. Utrecht gets 9, Napoli gets 8... etc.
When this is done, the 64 teams will knockout against eachother to crown PCMDaily's favourite football team.
You can't choose these 10 teams in your list as they are already in.
Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern München, Juventus FC, Internazionale de Milan, AC Milan.
May the voting start! The voting will end on Thursday 14th December on 16:00 European Time.

And what does exactly happen after this? Will two teams face each other in a 'match' each time, and do we vote on the one of the two teams, and that team does proceed to the next round? Am I right?

Sorry for my explanation being unclear, but yes you are right. When we have 64 teams they will take on each other in a knockout. 64->32->16->8->4->2->Winner.

If I'm right two teams will face each other, and which team gets the most votes gets through to the next round.
And I think everyone may vote, not just the ones that participated with naming 10 teams...
