Clearly the wording of the following rule is not specific enough, and doesnt convey the idea behind the rule well enough.
7. When loaning a rider, fees may only be present if the rider is at maximum experience, or, in the case of non-maximised riders, to compensate for the acceptance of the loanee's wage
So it has been reworded:
7. With riders who are maximised, no transfer fee is required irregardless of who is paying the page.
With riders who are not maximised, a minimum transfer fee will be required. This minimum transfer fee is equal to the amount of wages that you are not paying in the loan.
Some examples:
If youre loaning out a 50k rider and not paying any of the wage, your minimum transfer fee to pay to the other team is 50k.
If youre loaning out a 50k rider and paying 10k of the wage, your minimum transfer fee would be 40k, but the other teams minimum transfer fee would be 10k, therefore your minimum transfer fee is actually 30k.
