Morale issue

I've finally reached the mountains in the 2007 Tour de France and my captain Sastre is in peak condition. Only minus is that his morale is unhappy. Is there any way I can change that with some kinda editor?
Is there even a savegame editor for PCM07?

I just think the morale system is screwed up as it is. It's nothing but a liability really.

I just did the 07 Tour with Predictor and Evans was in peak condition with Very Unhappy morale but he did fine and after 2 or 3 mountain stages he was back up to good morale. Possibly because I won the yellow and a stage but who knows xD |

Seems like the importance of the morale has been downgraded a little, then. In PCM06, it was almost impossible to win a stage with an unhappy rider - no matter how good he was, no matter what condition the rider was in. |
