hi
I've been a bit too optimistic when it came to transfers.
I thought a loan would help me, but the sponsors money for next season comes too late. My savefile is 1/12/06, using the arrow in the corner to move forward only gives me the choice between 3 other teams.
I tried changing my budget with PCMSave, but it didn't help.
So can I change the date so we're back in October, where I could still change the budget and not get bankrupt?

try using Jape's Save Game Editor, i find it much better

Then now you will have to use the Cyanide official db editor (well, i say have, there are other options, but the Cya editor is the best for PCM06, imo)

I managed to make it appear like I have a lot of money, date is still the 1st of December, but whenever I move on to the next day, it says I'm bankrupt. I suppose it's been saved in the cdb-file that I'm bankrupt. Any way to undo this? |

the save game must be in a .cdb format.
to attach it you need to make sure there aren't any spaces in the name

hi sorry about this, i don't have the officialrelease.cdb for PCM06 anymore which has prevented me from actually testing my fixing's
i have attached the "fixed" save game, or well hopefully fixed.
It should be on 31/10/06 and you won't be able to play any races, it will sim through them. I'm not sure whether your "played" results will count or the "simmed" results.
anyway if it isn't fixed or it is accepting the simmed results above the played results. Then can you attach the save-game and your actual database please, and i will make it fixed and all races playable again
(or well, i'll attempt but i have high hopes )

2nd attempt will be done now
EDIT: you don't have an earlier back-up do you?
it would be much easier, and definatley not impossible to fix, as this on is leaning towards the impossible at the moment
