Whenever I enter the Options Menu and go to switch databases I only get the option of the OfficialRelease. However I have downloaded several other DBs into my Database Folder yet they do not appear. I even made a direct copy of my OfficialRelease.db in the same folder and changed its name to Test.db and it does not appear.
Is there someplace besides the Database folder that a database should be going? I am running Windows XP if that makes a difference.
Any feedback would be great!

Are you placing them in Documents -> PCM 07 -> Database, or in the main PCM 07 folder? They should be in Documents -> PCM 07 -> Database, not in the main folder.
Yes I was placing them in the main PCM folder. So here is another question then. I just looked in my Documents->PCM07->Database folder and there are no DB files in there right now but there is another set of folders that say things like Multi, Solo, Custom and then those folders have saved games in them. So how does the computer access the default OfficialRelease DB when that file is not in the documents folder? Does the computer just pull the OfficalReleaseDB out if there is nothing in the documents folder?
The funny thing is that I thought I was playing the PCM Spain DB this whole time but I have actually been using the OfficialRelease file! ops:
The game picks up the OfficialRelease database from the main PCM folder but any databases not called OfficialRelease have to go into the My Documents folder.
You probably were playing with PCMspain as the database name for the PCMSpain DB is OfficialRelease
