Team disgraced by UCI decision
AXA- Pinerello manager absolutely appalled by te UCI's decision to give them 1 of the 5 wild cards they asked for. Criterium du Dauphine is the wildcard the team got and was definitely not the one they were targeting. It is rumored that the team wanted the 2 cobbled classics and a GT to race in. Well I guess only time will tell whether this is true. We will keep you updated.
Team Awarded Wildcards After Teams Pull Out
Team AXA have recently told the public about their disappointment at the UCPCI. After today the no longer feel that way as a few teams have lost their spot in the Ronde Van Vlaanderan, Paris - Roubaix and the Giro d'Italia. Axa was awarded these 3 races along with their already chosen Wildcard, Criterium du Dauphine. The team is very excited to test themselves against the best teams in the world and are not expected to give up easily. Well we will keep you posted.

Jakstar, Farrar's gone already. And I thought Manx said not to reveal any of your riders? |

It's certainly not forbidden, but kind of pointless, since you expose yourself to the other teams |

It's not like they are going to steal the riders. They have their own targets and of they do then it was planned. I will take whoever I get.

Sep Vanmarcke joins the team
The round Belgium Sep Vanmarcke has just signed with the team. He is a great cobbler and will be a great leader in the cobbles season. I am looking forward to working with him and can't wait to get the season started.

It may cause people to alter their lists to include or avoid those riders. Thats not the point, which is why i forbade it a while ago.
