Hello, and welcome to the home of the latest team on the proverbial, block. We are Team SGL - Magix, based in Hamburg Germany, and as members of the newly reformed, WT, we're here to teach the opposition about hard racing.
First of all, our sponsors for the coming season:
SGL Carbon Group Projects
SGL are a Carbon products company based in Germany, they are one of the worlds leading manufacturers in the Carbon industry, and have actually been involved in cycling before, as the main sponsor of Germanys Olympic Cycling team.
As a company which is becoming steadily more involved in the production of top-quality Carbon Fibre, they decided that a cycling team would be a productive way forwards, and joined up with Magix to build this one. The company itself has strongholds in both the German and US markets, so expect to see a large proportion of the team coming from these areas.
Their focus is on German sprinting, they want to see people in their jersey crossing the finishing line first, as such they have given us some key men whom they wish us to target in the coming season.
Magix are a Berlin based software and multimedia company, they have seen large growth over the past few years, and following their recent diversion into Video production software, they wanted a good way to get the name out their on a more international basis.
They are much smaller than SGL and will be the more minor of our key sponsors, though due to the multi-national style of the company, they will give us some freer reign in terms of transfer targets.
Magix will be tracking the team throughout the years, putting together various videos and graphics, as a way of showing off both their team, and their products. As such when it comes to transfer time, they want us to be signing riders keen on the spectacular. People who are willing to go against the odds on a regular basis and get the people talking.
Giant will be the teams Bicycle sponsors for the coming season. They're providing the very best in terms of stiff carbon quality, which will hopefully prove the perfect platform with which to collect many victories in the coming season.
MaxiFuel The company charged with Hydration and Sports Nutrition. They'll be all about keeping the riders energised and ready to race, you can't win if you're tired after all!
Adidas. Who else to clothe our riders. The very best in sports clothing will be translated into cycling kit for the next season. They're also going to be involved in replica kit etc, so that the rest of the world can enjoy the feeling of riding in an SGL - Magix kit.
SRAM. Who else to provide the parts. The very best they can provide, regarding everything technical. It's all about tiny percentages in a sprint, and It'll be these guys that help our riders get the best out of what they can give.

We were lucky enough to have the fantastic designer, Miggi133 on hand to help with Kit design. What we've got is this fantastic jersey which will be sure to show up in the peloton:

You would be right, if this was football
But look at what team those german sprinters are riding in real life
And since the BeNeLux lacks top-class sprinters, yep, I'm interested...

SGL-Magix Announce First Signing
The Gorilla joins SGL-Magix!
Arguably the best sprinter in the world has joined his native side, SGL-Magix. The rider is reported to be very pleased with his new team, and is aiming for his most successful season to date.
MP: André, a few words on your new team?
AG: Of course, I am very happy to be here, they have made it clear that they are looking to create a sprinters team, and that's why i've signed here.
MP: Interesting, so can we take it as read that the TdF Points Jersey will be your goal for the season?
AG: I'll make no secret that the Maillot Vert is something I want to win, whether I go for it this year is currently decided, we shall have to see what the team looks like after a few more picks, and then we can decide upon my goals for the coming year.
MP: Very well, thankyou for your time, good luck with the new team.
AG: Cheers, Now to go and meet the Board of directors!

Rider Number 2 For SGL-Magix
Marcel Kittel Joins Greipel to head up Sprint Squad
After yesterdays announcement that SGL-Magix had secured a Lead Sprinter in the shape of André Greipel, they can now state that the second rider onto the books is none other than Marcel Kittel! The team is rapidly taking shape as the dominant force in sprinting, with 2 of the biggest names both on the books. The team are looking in central Europe for their next signing and are keen to find another big name to continue the trend.
