Problem with pcm11

I have a problem with my pcm11, when I open carry pcm and play, gives the opening movie and then when it should appear in the menu, the game crashes and then appears to say it gives error and that windows is looking to problem. I've reinstalled a few times and always gives it, can someone help me please?

sorry for the writing but i am portuguese and sorry for posting this in wrong place.
