Hello guys, i wanna buy an Call of Duty game, but i dont know which one is the best. I have Black Ops for XBOX360. But now I want an Call Of Duty for PC.
So, the best Call Of Duty game is?? |

I will be the first to admit that I think COD is the dumbest series of games ever created on the Earth. I have not played a single game, and do not even know when the start menu looks like. Therefore, I can not give a 100% accurate answer, but EVERYONE of my friends plays, and they all come to a unanimous decision of MW3, therefore, thats what I pick.

well I only played Black OPS and Modern Warfare 2 on the real consoles (PS3 + XBOX) so the voting was easy

Definitely COD 1 ( Stalingrad mission beats all ) . COD 2 wasn't bad. Series then deteriorated slowly. However there were good titles in between of course.
Still very fun to play it with group of friends thought.

Sorry but I don't agree with you. I don't like shooting games and war games, but, when i saw Black Ops gameplay. I bought it and it was awesome. |

Well, honestly my favorite game of the series is Black ops (1), and when I bought MW3 I did really dislike it... But I didn't play another CoD(except MW1, WaW and MW2, but on a Nintendo DS  )
But I'm not going to vote on a game that I dislike, so I can't vote...

This. COD 1 was amazing, COD 2 was a better story I believe (hence what I voted for). In fact the series was great until they hit modern times and focussed on multiplayer. Then everything went downhill

Only really played 4,5 and 6 but of those my favourite would have to be World at War, combination of a great story with some fun missions, and in my opinion, the best online from the series

CoD 1, by some distance foe me! It was sooo fun!
Stalingrad. You start by being blown up, then spend most of the mission specifically trying to be shot at.
And Berlin! What a feeling when you reach the roof of the Reichstag!
CoD 2 added some good missions, was a very good game, but purely by being a sequel it cant be best (unless it was extremely amazing, which it wasnt)
CoD 3, decent, North African missions were awesome though
WatW, just no
MW1, breath takingly good for while, 2nd best for me
MW2, fun but not good
MW3, bad game as it wasnt a game, more of a movie with buttons you press to move to the next scene. The feeling of firing a gun in this game was weirdly awesome though.
BOps1, just no
BOps2, yet to play, but looking at the adverts just NNOO!!

CoD2 is unmatched for me, first one was good also, from modern warfare where i loved Pripjat mission, all was going to hell with series. Now it is only money machine imo.

I voted for CoD 4 for it's innovative multiplayer, but I'd suggest you to pick up all games so far. Gonna get BO2 for christmas, sniping looks amaaaaaaazing <3
