No change to the existing points scales, but of course, there is the addition of C2 races, and also the Monterrey TTT in C1.

Roughly what I expected, however I think it will be reaaaaally hard for a CT team to get top 10 in any of the continental rankings (i.e. Europe, Africa etc). The C1 races provide far more points and that not even taking into account the HC races which a CT team would be lucky to even get in to. Not sure there is a way around this however because C1 and HC races *should* be worth more, perhaps a barnstorming run by some CT teams will prove me wrong however.

I'm quite glad I picked a Final overall standing now.

Also this means we are creeping closer to transfer season Banana

I imagine that we will see a fair few CT teams reaching top 10s in various tours if only because they can race every single one of the races in any given continent without restriction and in all of them except Europe that will probably be enough to tip the balance.

Yeah, if a CT team focusses solely on their region, entering all c2 and as many c1s as they can, Considering there aren't many PCT teams from Asia (Oz and Meiji), one from Africa (Jaguar - Eritel) and a handful from America, top 10s should be possible, certainly.

Except in Europe.

All in all, a nice balance, I find. It should give us the hoped for 'regionalisation' of CT teams, to make the lesser raced regions more interesting.
