You can freely transfer with any human controlled teams, so all WT teams and 8 CT teams. If more people join then you can freely trade with them as well.
All non-human teams in the CT are off-limits for transfers until a human takes them over, or we reach the end of the normal transfer period. If we reach the end i will explain a process for obtaining some riders from those teams.

You can re-sell riders you bought. But only for up-to half what you paid.
If a rider was part exchanged in the deal they are excluded. So a rider+5 will equal a re-sell of only 2.5k

Free Agents, riders from teams that cannot be controlled. A selection of these riders will be made available at various points through the transfer period.
I will post the Riders who are available. You will then PM me (title it with the Rider(s) name(s)) a bid. After an amount of time/bids i will post the current highest offer, but no name. You can then re-bid higher if you want. After that the rider will go to the highest bid.
I will be selecting who becomes available. If you ask for a specific rider he will not be available, or you can pay all of your budget (must be £50,000 minimum) for that one rider.
