Im hoping for Addy to jump in here and do his normal usefullness.
Basically, i want a guide for the Kicker that leaves absolutely no doubt about what to do. Personally i want a ton of pictures because words are so deceiving and twisting. Also pics make it a lot easier to complain.
Also, regarding the supposed MDB file thats supposed to be opened with Micro$oft Acce$$ (note over-use of money signs), but since im a sane person i of course prefer Open Source options. What Open Source options do there exist for opening databases?
Penis, magarita und et cetera

Addy is on holiday (he just left), but I can help you -- later
But for your last question: You can use OpenOffice. Free and good
(Edit: Another thing -- why don't you use Hannes Converter 2.0?)

You couldn't have timed it worse - he's just gone on holiday, although you can hope he may reappear sometime tonight - I'm sure someone else can help too
EDIT: Damn, too slow (as usual :roll

good
depends on what you need. for a basic use, it's awesome (because it's free. not that I use it, my school has a protocol with microsoft that means I get as many copies of Microsoft software as I want for free )
but for anything more advanced, forget it. for example, it doesn't support the use of macros

I figured that he only wants to use it for PCM DB editing, therefore OpenOffice is more than enough
(My school is strictly pro-Apple Personally, I hate Apple. But at least we got McAffee free with a license that has no expiration date)

I don't know what's worse - having a school that's pro Apple, or getting "compensation" for it by being offered McAffee - I really hate it, complete and utter rubbish when I had it for about a week on my computer - not a patch on Norton

McAffee works just fine for me. Norton -- don't get me started. I can't describe how much that program annoys me. It was pre-installed on my laptop, but I deleted it after two weeks. Constant pop-ups, constantly blocking my games and programs from starting, constantly doing stupid scans *sighs*
McAffee is running in the background, silently, only annoying me if there's something really serious that I need to know about. |

OpenOffice: God yes i love it. But seemingly i cant make it accept the MDB file i throw at it.
Addy: AAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDYYYYYYYYY!
Hannes: Errrmm... No clue what you guys said. I just want to edit more stuff than just stats and stage dates and things like that.
Pro Apple: Yeah... Ouch...
And for an added note about anti-vira: I had Steelseries Gaming Anti-Vira software. For some reason i cant remember why i dont use it anymore.

OpenOffice: It should be able to do so.
Hannes: Hannes Converter 2.0 (NOT Hannes Editor) can edit the same things as PCM Kicker. It's simpler, though. |
