Too easy and stupid AI

I think the game is way too easy. I always start a carrer with a bad team, because I find it funny to build up a good team. I allways promote to the pro tour very fast, and in 3-4 seasons I have bulid up a good team, but not the best team at all. Right now I have the 6th best squad in the pro tour I think. I win the pro tour every year, and my riders overperforming. I play on extreme but the difference between normal, hard and extreme seems only to be how many points you win the pro tour with. fx I have Mati Breschel (79COB 78STA) as my coble leader, on normal I win all four pro tour coble races, on hard I win at lest three of them, and on extreme the worst result is a 3 place.

Another thing is that PR allways ends up in a sprint with about 25 riders, and alot of mountain stages also ends up in wired sprints with all to many riders finishing together.

Is it just me, or is this years PCM not very good at all???

Well... I don't think its that bad...
I guess thats opinion...
Do you play with the latest patch? Cause patch 1.3.0.0 did improve the AI, so I guess if you have the latest patch(1.4.0.0) you won't have this problem.
Also I think that having a good DB can help with realistic results. There are quite a few DB's who help with getting realistic results..

That stops the stupid part
Maybe play on extreme?
