Sponsor search no longer posible

My co sponsor contract ends in 2015, and I´m in 2015 now, but the sponsor search menu dosen´t show up. Anyone who knows what this can be, a bug with 1.4.0.0???
I play with the daily db

You can only search for a new sponsor when the main sponsor runs out. You can't look for a new co-sponsor, unfortunately.

I am pretty sure that you can search for a co-sponsor if:
- the co-sponsoring contract is running out
- the main sponsor allows a co-sponsor

If the game somehow messed up the second thing, you could fix it with an editor. Open your save, then open the table DYN_sponsor and change the value in the column value_b_cosponsoring.
