Installation problem error

hey there,
i've downloaded all three files for the game and the setup file... i click and open it, go through to the actual downloading process and this error comes up... could someone please help me?

It seems that one of the files is corrupt. Redownload it by using a download manager (not the one from focus).

i've been trying to download it on the download manager, but it seems to keep resetting for some odd reason. but i'll try it out again and see what happens. thanks mate
